Scale Development of Social Support in the Vocational High School Context

The present study demonstrated scale development of the social support (SS), whose measurement should be re-evaluated based on past studies findings. This aimed for and investigated dimensionality items measuring SS construct. validation content face validity used Modified Delphi Method with seven panelists, however Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) questionnaires construct was administered 100 students in 23 vocational high schools (VHS) as sampling this study. A total 30 initial were analyzed using Content Validity Index (CVI) that consisted I-CVI S-CVI, also Fleiss Kappa (FKI). However, 25 to collect data study, which then processed SPSS version 24 EFA procedure. SS-values instrument found valid. study's findings could serve a basis future research area contribution reliable, recommended other relevant studies.
